WOLFPACK BOYS 4TH IN SECTIONAL

The Wolfpack boys finished 4th at the Floyd Central sectional while juniors Cameron Marples and Ty Nickelson both walked away as sectional champions. Marples threw a career best 132'7" to win the discus while Nickelson ran away in the 300 meter low hurdles with a time of 41.03. Nickelson also placed 2nd in the high jump and 4th in the 110 high hurdles to move on to the Evansville Regional.

Zachary Faith will also advance to the regional in the high jump after placing 4th, and a 2nd place finish in the 200 meter dash, breaking the school record with a time of 23.25.

Faith and Nickelson teamed with Brian Mitchell and Alex Fernandez to finish 3rd in the 4x100 relay advancing to regional competition, and also broke the school record in that event with a time of 45.20.
