JV ORANGE ROMPS OVER CHISHOLM TRAIL

The Orange JV took the field holus-bolus and never looked back as they stormed to a 56-0 dominating performance of the Rangers on Thursday night. The Bearcats scored in all three phases of the football game, scoring first on a pick six was Colby Yelloweyes. After a 3 and out by Coach McCone’s scorpion defense, JT Wilson had a 50 yard punt return for a touchdown as he ensconced himself behind the punt return wall that was set up on the visitor sideline. Other defensive stand outs on the night were Zach Haynes, Weston Reese, Jack Steffe, and Stephan Wright who had 2 PBU’s.
On offense, many would get in on the action as 12 different players either ran the ball or caught a pass for an efficient night of offense. Clark Hillman threw 2 TD passes, Demarco Roberts had a rushing and receiving TD. Micco Little had a 46 yard TD reception, Gavin Williams had a 26 yard TD run, Lane Selph had 15 yard TD run, and to finish off the scoring on the night, Stephan Wright bulldozed his way into the end zone from 5 yards out behind the stellar blocking of Corey Venerable.
Next week the JV Orange will play Saginaw, 7:00 @ Bearcat Stadium.
