Coach David Roney's Comments

The goal of today's meet was to come out here and run as a group as much as possible then start to chase down some other teams towards the end of the race and I think the girls did a great job of that tonight. It's always exciting to get a team victory, especially against another quality team like Southeast Polk. Isabel Buchanan had a great race for us; she had a race plan and executed it to perfection. anna Gilbreath continues to run well for us and had a great night. In the JV race Zoe Fry had a great race to place second. Our depth continues to be our best weapon with a spread of only 23 seconds it shows our girls can push each other throughout the race".

The Riders will run at the Griak Invitational on September 23rd in Minneapolis, Minnesota before returning to run at SE Polk next Thursday.
