Boys' soccer

Keene 4, Alvirne 3 (OT) — Noah Timmer scored on a cross from Owen Fauth to tie the game 3-3 with less than a minute left. Fauth buried the overtime winner on a through ball from Timmer. Adam Pativinia scored twice, once from the penalty shot mark. Charlie Zwierchowski wasn’t challenged often in goal but held on for the team’s second straight win. Keene travels to Manchester Memorial Friday at 4 p.m.

ConVal 5, Manchester West 0 — Micah Black scored three goals to lead the Cougars. Max Richard and Aiden Hall each tallied one goal, and Mather Kipka made a handful of saves to preserve the lead. ConVal hosts Pelham Thursday at 6?p.m.

Girls' Soccer

Alvirne 5, Keene 1 — Victoria Reynolds scored the only goal for her team on a direct kick. Lexi Barnes was strong in goal but the Blackbirds couldn’t hold off Alvirne’s attack. Keene hosts Manchester Memorial Friday at 4?p.m.

Fall Mountain 5, Hopkinton 1 — Ali Monty’s marker in the 65th minute lifted the Wildcats (5-0) in Langdon. Marybeth Groton had two goals for Fall Mountain, which trailed 2-1 at halftime. Allie Stoddart earned the win in net.

Hillsboro-Deering 8, Monadnock 0 — The Huskies eye their first win of the season at homecoming against Hinsdale, Friday at 5?p.m.

Cross country

Bishop Guertin 22, Merrimack 57, Keene 58 — Mikayla Randall finished first, beating the runner-up by more than 30 seconds. Her time was 20 minutes, 23 seconds. Amelia Opsahl finished second and Sophie Dean placed third. Lael Carey, Liz Peate and Laura Fryberger rounded out the top six. Keene’s next race is the Nashua Invitational on Saturday.

Golf

Keene 202, Nashua North 231, Manchester Central 235 — Ben Burdett was medalist with a 38, helping the Blackbirds improve to 7-1. Nick Royce followed with a 40 while Jack Nadeau and Hannah Drew each shot 41, at Derryfield in Manchester.
