Coaches' poll

1. Jenks (11-1)

2. Westmoore (6-5)

3. Broken Arrow (6-5)

4. Edmond Santa Fe (8-3)

5. Edmond Memorial (5-5)

6. Norman (1-9)

The Trojans lack their usual star power, but don't overlook them just yet. Jenks wins. Ian Corwin is back at quarterback after a year of experience and ready to continue his progression around a talented offensive line. Defensively, Jenks' linebackers will lead the way.

Returning stars

•Brendan Mitchell, WR, Edmond Memorial: The Navy commit is ready for a big senior season after averaging 30.2 yards per reception and scoring seven times.

•Andrew Raym, OL, Broken Arrow: A 6-foot-4, 294-pound sophomore, Raym turned heads last season and earned scholarship offers from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, SMU, Memphis and Tulsa.

•Brey Walker, OL, Westmoore: An OU commit, Walker moved to Westmoore where he will lead the way up front for a talented offense that returns QB Braxton Bohrofen, RBs, Braxton George and Garrett King, and TE James Palmer.

Big question: Westmoore is surrounded by high expectations. Can it meet those?

On paper, the Jaguars are loaded with talent. Under new coach Lorenzo Williams last season, they got off to a 4-1 start before tapering off down the stretch. That experience and the addition of Walker could push Westmoore to a new level.
