<em>Game one: SHS 2 New Palestine 3&nbsp;</em></p>

Heartbreaking loss.&nbsp;&nbsp;SHS played well, but came up short. Larrison did a good job on the mound. Peugh, in relief, got us out of a 6^th&nbsp;inning jam. New Palestine strung some hits together in the last inning to take the game. Defense made some nice plays. Had opportunities to score in the 5^th&nbsp;and 7^th&nbsp;with guys on 2^nd&nbsp;and 3^rd&nbsp;both innings, but couldn&rsquo;t drive them in to extend the lead.</p>

<em>Game two: SHS 10 New Palestine 9&nbsp;</em></p>

8 inning game. Great team win.&nbsp;&nbsp;An emotionally draining game. The boys did a great job of bouncing back after game 1 and scoring 4 runs to start this game. Then they tacked on 3 more runs in the 4^th&nbsp;inning to go up 7-0. Had a rough 5^th&nbsp;inning where New Palestine scored 6 runs. New Palestine tied it up in the 7^th&nbsp;and scored 2 more runs in the 8^th&nbsp;to go up 9-7. In the final inning SHS strung 5 hits and a walk together to win the ballgame. SHS threw a total of 5 different pitchers in the game.</p>
