FUN RUN TODAY

Fun Run Today: 5pm meet up at MHS Track.

Looks like it will rain, thats not a problem, with a chance of thunderstorms, that would be a problem. Ill be there and planning to run but we will not go out if thunder very likely.

If you want to do the run ahead of time go ahead.
Run for an hour total and include 15-20mins of up tempo running. Marathon/Hour of Power pace if you've done that workout, just brisk i.e. a bit faster than normal but NOT RACE PACE.

If you want more exact paces (I have them) msg me.

I will probably do the run at school at 2 if anyone wants to meet to do it then let me know. Make sure to msg me ahead of time.
