In a wild, back-and-forth game, the Ozark Lady Hillbillies scored eight runs in the top of the 10th as they outlasted Booneville, 15-7, in 3A/4A-5 actual conference action Tuesday.

Both Ozark and Booneville are 3-1 in actual conference play. The Lady Hillbillies are also 15-7 overall and 11-1 in the blended conference, while the LadyCats dropped to 13-7 overall and 8-4 in blended conference.

Booneville had taken a 4-0 lead before Ozark rallied with six straight runs, taking a 6-4 lead into the bottom of the seventh. But the LadyCats tied it up with two that inning. Both teams then scored a run in the eighth before Ozark was able to break the game open in the 10th.

Lexi McClellan hit two triples and drove in three runs while scoring twice for Ozark. Katie McCormick also went 3-for-5 with a pair of runs scored, and Elizabeth Berry was 3-for-5 with two RBIs and three runs scored.
